Common Questions

Do I need to already have a Pipedrive or HubSpot account?

No. We can set up your account from scratch, or work inside your existing one. If you don't have an account yet, we'll guide you through signing up (and can often get you a better trial deal).

Are these one-time fees or monthly?

All prices listed are one-time project fees. You pay once, we deliver, and it's yours forever. The only recurring costs are the SaaS subscriptions you already pay (Pipedrive, WhatsApp API, Zapier, etc.) — those go directly to the platforms.

What's the WhatsApp Business API setup process?

We handle Meta Business verification, phone number registration, template approval, and CRM connection. You'll need a Facebook Business account and a dedicated phone number. The API itself is pay-per-message (billed by Meta), not by us.

Can you migrate data from my existing CRM?

Yes — CRM migration is included in the Growth and Enterprise plans. We export, clean, deduplicate, and re-import your contacts, companies, deals, and activity history. The Enterprise plan covers complex migrations (Salesforce → Pipedrive etc.).

How long does delivery take?

Starter: 3–5 business days. Growth: 5–8 business days. Enterprise: 10–20 days depending on complexity. We send daily progress updates via WhatsApp so you're never left guessing.

Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?

Yes. After your included support period, you can add monthly support at $197/mo (covers up to 3 hours of changes or troubleshooting per month). Just ask and we'll set it up.

Do retainer hours roll over if unused?

No — hours reset each month. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical monthly workload. If you consistently use fewer hours, downgrade; if you need more, we'll let you know and you can upgrade anytime.

Can I combine a one-time setup plan with a retainer?

Yes — and most clients do. Start with a Starter or Growth one-time setup, then move to a retainer once everything is live to keep things optimised and growing.
